Title: Autumn Pork Chops

6 Pork chops
2mdAcorn squash; unpeeled
3/4ts;salt
2tbMelted butter or margarine
3/4cBrown sugar; packed
3/4tsBrown bouquet sauce
1tbOrange juice
1/2tsGrated orange peel

Trim excess fat from chops. Cut each squash into 4 or 5 crosswise slices. Remove seeds. Arrange 3 of the chops on bottom of crockpot. Top with all the squash pieces and then the remaining pork chops. Combine salt, butter, sugar, bouquet sauce, orange juice, and orange peel. Spoon over mixture in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until done.
